1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to phspin1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phspin1 ("phspin1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phspin1 website located at phspin1.org, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phspin1 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the phspin1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. phspin1 strictly enforces this age requirement and will verify your age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phspin1 or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of phspin1, or an immediate family member of any such person.

phspin1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful – phspin1 takes its obligations in this regard with the utmost seriousness.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phspin1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your phspin1 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your phspin1 Login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phspin1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

phspin1 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. However, phspin1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

phspin1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

phspin1 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to your chosen payment method's own limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phspin1 wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• phspin1 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the phspin1 Platform.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• phspin1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• phspin1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

phspin1 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phspin1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: phspin1 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Modification: phspin1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phspin1 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phspin1's games are sourced from internationally licensed and audited game providers.

• The results of all games are final once confirmed by the phspin1 system. phspin1 shall not be liable for any errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, provided that such malfunctions are promptly investigated and resolved.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phspin1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. phspin1 is not responsible for losses incurred due to disconnection during gameplay.
• phspin1 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was placed or obtained through fraudulent means, software exploitation, or any other form of cheating.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phspin1 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the phspin1 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the phspin1 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, algorithm, or automated tool to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit any bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the phspin1 Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phspin1 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phspin1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phspin1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phspin1 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phspin1 content without prior written consent.
• Use any phspin1 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the phspin1 Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the phspin1 Platform on any other website or platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phspin1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phspin1 Platform.

phspin1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phspin1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phspin1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

phspin1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100, not to exceed the account balance).

You may close your phspin1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account is in good standing and fully verified.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phspin1 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phspin1 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phspin1 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phspin1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phspin1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the phspin1 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
